Habitat for Humanity

Greater Orlando & Osceola County

Creative Manager

Used Brand Strategy to Improve Audience Segmentation

Habitat Orlando & Osceola served diverse audiences, including clients and community stakeholders. However, a largely uniform visual approach made it challenging to distinguish audience-specific communications while remaining aligned with Habitat for Humanity’s national brand standards.

My Role
Developed an audience-centered brand approach within national guidelines by introducing secondary color systems and refined visual applications to improve clarity between client-facing and stakeholder-facing communications while maintaining brand consistency.

Increased Awareness of City Services Through Visual Storytelling

The City of Coral Springs sought to increase awareness of city services while fostering stronger connections between residents and the employees who deliver them. Many essential city functions operate behind the scenes, creating an opportunity to highlight the people, programs, and services that contribute to the community's quality of life.

My Role

Developed a visual storytelling initiative that portrayed city employees as everyday heroes, fostering stronger connections between residents and the services that support their community.
